equipment, Rental,
Sales, & Service to the Chicago land area. Customer satisfaction
is our main goal.The company was founded by Robert Jacklin Sr. and his
four sons in 1965. Back then, the company had a 100% rental orientation.
Slowly as the business grew, the service and sales aspects of the business
were added. Since JACK's is a family business, that "warm and friendly" feeling
is passed on through to the customer. We emphasize Service before,
during and after the sale.

Jack's
Rental, Inc. was started by Robert T. Jacklin, Jr. and his wife Betty in 1965. Along with his four young boys, Bob Jacklin originally set up shop in a small store front located at 6638 W. 26th Street, Berwyn, IL,. The original bussiness occupied 200 square feet consisting of general rental equipment for the homeowner and light construction trades.
The tool rental business was a fairly new concept in the Chicago-land area but it caught on and within a couple of years started growing rapidly. In addition to the rental business, Jack's also expanded into the sales of lawn and garden, light construction and industrial tools equipment. The combination of sales, rental and service along with the Jacklin family commitment, launched what is one of the most rapid and well know business success stories in the greater Chicago-land area. By the late 70's, the rapid growth at Jack's led to multiple expansions including several building renovations along with the purchase of adjacent properties that now include over 40,000 square feet of rental and service operations and tool/equipment showroom,
Known as a premier distributor, rental and service supplier to the construction, industrial, contractor and homeowner community, Jack's is poised to take on the future growth with the 3rd generation in place and expansion plans in progress.
